How it works
From question to evidence.
Five stages, explicit states, no guessing. ResearchPricer accepts a specification from an agent or a person, prices it, routes it for approval, orchestrates fieldwork through Stratega's network and returns structured evidence.
How it works
From question to evidence.
Five stages, the same for an AI agent and for a research team. Automation handles specification and pricing; researchers guarantee execution.
- 01
Specify
The agent describes the evidence it requires.
Market, audience, method, sample, length, deliverables. Missing fields are asked for — never guessed.
- 02
Price
ResearchPricer evaluates methodology, market, audience, incidence, sample requirements, fieldwork complexity and timing.
Every response states whether it is an estimate or a firm quote, with assumptions, validity and confidence.
- 03
Authorize
The project is approved by a human or, where permitted, automatically within predefined purchasing limits.
The company is always the legal buyer. Spend limits, restricted audiences and approval thresholds are deterministic.
- 04
Collect
ResearchPricer orchestrates recruitment, suppliers, fieldwork, quality control and project execution.
Stratega's research team and supplier network execute; progress is reported as structured status events.
- 05
Deliver
Structured research outputs are returned to the requesting system.
Datasets, transcripts, recordings, summaries, codebooks, quality reports and provenance metadata.

Transaction model
A research project as a transaction object.

FAQ
Frequently asked questions
- How long does feasibility and pricing take?
- Requests are answered within 24 hours on business days. Common online consumer work in evidence-rich markets can be priced faster; rare audiences, physicians, patients and offline methods are validated with local suppliers before a firm quote.
- What is the difference between an estimate and a firm quote?
- An estimate is a non-binding range with timing, confidence and the inputs still missing. A firm quote is an immutable offer with validity, inclusions, exclusions, tax, payment schedule and cancellation ladder. Only firm quotes are executable.
- Who approves a project?
- An authorised person or an explicit organisation-level purchasing mandate approves the project. Standardised, low-risk work can proceed automatically within predefined limits; sensitive, regulated, novel and high-value work stays human-approved.
- What do I receive at the end?
- Structured deliverables matched to the method: respondent-level datasets (CSV, XLSX, SAV, JSON) with codebook, transcripts and recordings, structured summaries, quality report, methodology and provenance metadata.
