Privacy notice

This notice explains how ResearchPricer, operated by Stratega Market Research, processes personal data. It covers website visitors, people who contact us, integration partners and — at a high level — research participants. Last updated 3 September 2026.

1. Who we are

ResearchPricer is a service of STRATEGA CEE sp. z o.o. (“Stratega”, “we”), registered at ul. Mikołaja Kopernika 36B, 90-552 Łódź, Poland; KRS 0000541582, NIP 7692223109, REGON 360412382; share capital PLN 5,120. Stratega is the data controller for data collected through this website and for enquiries sent to info@researchpricer.com. Where we execute research for a client, controller and processor roles are defined in the project agreement and data-processing agreement.

2. Data we process and why

  • Enquiries and requests. Name, e-mail, company, platform and the content of your request, so we can respond, prepare feasibility and pricing and discuss integrations. Legal basis: steps prior to a contract and legitimate interest in responding.
  • Website operation. Hosting providers may process technical logs (including IP address, user agent and timestamps) needed to deliver and secure the site. The request service stores a keyed, one-day IP hash for abuse prevention rather than the IP address itself. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in service security.
  • Integration partners. Contact details and the technical information needed to assess and operate an integration. Organisation-specific credentials, permissions and audit logs are documented during authenticated API or MCP onboarding. Legal basis: steps prior to a contract and contract.
  • Research participants. Personal data of survey respondents and interview participants is processed under the research project's consent and the ICC/ESOMAR International Code. Direct identifiers are segregated from analysis data and are not exposed to AI systems that consume research deliverables.

3. Cookies and analytics

The site stores your cookie choice locally in your browser. Google Analytics 4 loads only after you select “Accept analytics”. It helps us understand page use, navigation and completed enquiry or booking actions so we can improve the service. We disable advertising storage, ad personalisation and Google signals; we do not use the site for behavioural advertising. Google may process technical information such as device, browser, approximate location and interaction data. The legal basis is consent.

Choose “Essential only” to use the site without analytics. You can withdraw or change consent at any time through “Cookie settings” in the footer. Withdrawal applies from that point forward and does not affect earlier lawful processing.

4. Sharing

We use service providers acting on our instructions, including Vercel for website hosting, Supabase for request storage when enabled and Microsoft 365 for e-mail. For research execution, relevant project data may be shared with vetted suppliers bound by confidentiality and data-processing terms. We do not sell personal data.

5. International transfers

Where data leaves the EEA/UK, we rely on adequacy decisions or standard contractual clauses and document the transfer basis in project agreements.

6. Retention

Enquiries are kept for as long as needed to respond and for a reasonable period afterwards for follow-up and record keeping. Research data is retained according to the project agreement and then deleted or anonymised.

7. Your rights

Depending on your location you may have rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection, and the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. Contact info@researchpricer.com to exercise them.

8. Changes

We will update this notice as the product evolves — in particular when authenticated API/MCP accounts and transaction services are expanded.
