Terms of use

These terms govern the ResearchPricer website and its public, non-commercial API operations. Research projects are governed by separate written agreements. Last updated 3 September 2026.

1. The website

The website is operated by STRATEGA CEE sp. z o.o., registered at ul. Mikołaja Kopernika 36B, 90-552 Łódź, Poland; KRS 0000541582, NIP 7692223109, REGON 360412382. It describes research capabilities and an integration proposition. Content is provided for information; it is not an offer capable of acceptance by itself.

2. Requests, estimates and quotes

  • A request sent through the website is an invitation to provide feasibility, pricing and timing. It does not create a contract.
  • An estimate is indicative and non-binding. A firm quote is binding only for the stated validity period and assumptions, and only once accepted in writing by an authorised representative of the buyer.
  • Research projects are performed under a statement of work, our standard terms of business and, where personal data is involved, a data-processing agreement. Those documents prevail over this website.

3. Public API and managed-access material

The unauthenticated public REST API and read-only MCP endpoint provide capability discovery and stateless brief validation; those operations create no contract, payment, supplier award or fieldwork commitment. Commercial pricing, quote, order, payment and fieldwork tools require managed organisational setup and separate written terms. Content marked “preview” illustrates the intended commercial contract and does not itself grant access or purchasing authority.

4. AI agents

An AI agent is not a legal customer. Any commitment initiated by an agent binds the organisation that authorised it and only within the authority that organisation has granted. Stratega may require human confirmation for any commitment.

5. Acceptable use

You may not use the website to send unlawful content, attempt unauthorised access, scrape personal data or misrepresent your identity or authority. Automated crawling for search and AI discovery is permitted subject to robots directives.

6. Intellectual property

The ResearchPricer name, logo and website content are owned by Stratega or its licensors. Machine-readable descriptions (llms.txt, the live-operation OpenAPI document and the ResearchPricer discovery manifest) may be read and cached to describe the service accurately.

7. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, the website is provided “as is” and Stratega is not liable for decisions taken on the basis of website content. Liability for research projects is defined in the applicable agreement.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by Polish law, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections. The competent court is determined under applicable law unless a separate written agreement provides otherwise.
